ACE (Academic, Community, and Extracurricular) Planning for high school students entails a thorough review of courses, grades, extracurricular and service activities, and standardized testing with a goal of helping students discover and develop talents and interests and prepare for college.

Since 2004, Dr. Fithian has met with over 125 physicians and other professional families being recruited to the area to inform them about local educational and enrichment opportunities. Many have commented that her information was critical to their relocation decision.

Dr. Fithian has administered a College Planning Program for students, parents, and faculty at the Governor's School for Science and Technology in Hampton, Virginia for the past three years. She also provides staff development sessions on all aspects of college admissions for middle and high school faculty.

Dr. Fithian offers occasional ACT Quick-Prep courses to familiarize students with the ACT.
