The Personal Best Test Training Approach

       Hampton Roads Educational Consulting aims to meet the SAT preparation needs of high-achieving students by offering classes tailored to their demanding schedules.  Summer classes, designed to accomodate family vacation plans, relied on a fast-paced curriciulum and a significant amount of independent work for students to complete at their convenience.

During the school year, however, the last thing busy students need is more homework! Therefore, school year classes will include more instructional hours and in-class practice in order to provide efficient, thorough SAT preparation with minimal home assignments.

The Personal Best Test Training Approach involves helping students achieve their best scores on test day through an emphasis on mastering reading, writing, and mathematics content and taking multiple timed practice sections. Students will track their progress throughout the course and work toward achieving their own individual goals.

•   Class size limited to 8 students

•   Instruction geared to students earning As and Bs in challenging courses

•   Class times: Tuesday evenings plus two Saturday mornings

•   Cost of session: $750 ($50 deposit and four monthly payments of $175)

                  12 evening sessions (6:30 - 8:30 P.M.)

                    2 Saturday morning sessions (9:30 A.M. - 12:30 P.M.)
